Steve Myers: March 2008

Dear Co-laborers,

Hello from darkest Africa, the night is far spent and everyone is not saved. We must press on in getting the Gospel out and giving everyone an opportunity to be saved. I
passing out tracts today and experienced for the first time a Zulu refusing to take a Gospel tract.

We have been in the wars again with our transport. The white van lost its door at least
5 times. One time our van driver was picking up people and could not open the door all the way and a man from the street grabbed the door and ripped it off the van, at least he gave us the door back! One Sunday one van lost its door, the other van had a flat tire, and the other vans window broke. My wife says I am getting nice gray hairs!

We did have a lady and her daughter trust Christ in our Zulu service which was a blessing. Pam's surgery went well and her headaches have disappeared since she changed her blood pressure tablets. Praise the Lord!

I have bought my airplane tickets and my mother paid for two and also offered me her car again to use while I am home on furlough September-December 2008. I put on about 30000-35000 miles on it while I have it. The wife and kids will follow me when school breaks up on December 5.

Oct-Nov are completely open for meetings, I have 2 churches scheduled on the 10th and 14thof December in Florida. If you could schedule me and help me get a meeting in the area it would be great. I am trying to raise some new support and replace some others who have stopped.

Please pray for souls saved and baptized and new meetings during my furlough.

We appreciate your prayers and support!
