Kim and Denise Earhart: March 2006

Dear Pastor and Praying Friends,

In Philippians 4:12 the Apostle Paul talks about how to be abased and how to abound. Then is verse 13 he said, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth Me." Sometimes we do not realize the importance of Christ in our lives till we find ourselves walking down these paths.

It has been said by some that churches can go through 2 or 3 congregations before they Get a solid foundation of families. Well, in the last 2 months this has been tested. In many ways it's like starting over six years ago. We had a couple of families that have turned their back on God and we lost a couple of our faithful folks due to death and moving. It's been tough spiritually and financially, especially for some of our younger Christians who do not understand why this is going on. GOD IS STILL IN CONTROL.

Our church has been challenged and pruned and we are starting to see some new fruit. We have had visitors for the past two weeks and two families have a solid Baptist background. One of my sons friends came this week and is bringing her mother next week. Plus, one of our men wants to start going on visitation with me. PRAISE GOD!

The church has been challenging God to get our building mortgage paid off. We currently owe $20,000.00. Denise made a puzzle of our church and each piece represents $1,000.00. Last Sunday we were able to take our first piece off. GOD IS SO GOOD!

Please pray for this preacher and his family as we continue to minister in Plains, MT. With God's calling comes God's enabling even in the difficult times. Our family is proof of that. The Clark Fork Baptist Church is proof of that. Thank-you for your faithful prayers, and financial support. We appreciate your care for us.

For the cause of Christ,
Kim Earhart
