Gale and Chrisann Dawson: September 2007
We returned home to the village of Maluku safely. Our trunks arrived along with us too! The church is doing wonderful. Just in 2007 the believers have won over 222 people with 73 baptized. Last Sunday we had 187 adults, 70 juniors and teens, and lots of children. We had a total of about 430-450 people with about 10 saved in the adult services. We are gearing up for college. Thus far we have 35 students signed up. We opened the Academy with about 200 children from Kindergarten to 6th grade. There is much need of organization. The church opened it before I got here. We may need to trim it down by half, we'll see.
Chrisann is doing well we haven't eaten the same meal yet. After five days here Will asked if we have been here a whole year yet, that was classic. The children just started school today. They are all doing fine. Pray we retrieve the lost money. It is still up in the air. We'll keep in touch.- Sorry it is a quick letter. We just got the Internet up today and have 76 emails to answer.- We love you guys very much.
